Thank you to Pat and the crews who fixed a major water line leak for me recently in North Buffalo. They did an outstanding job. They gave me a fair estimate. Helped me navigate my insurance claim with American Water Resources. Took their time to do the excavation prep properly (a good thing), to replacing the water line to main connection, to restoring my property to its former state. I highly recommend this company. They made a stressful project less so for me and my wife. I would not hesitate to endorse their professional work.

The plumber assigned, Jared, was phenomenal! He arrived within the time frame specified. He introduced himself, and immediately began work. He was attentive to his task, answered all my questions and concerns, and thoroughly cleaned after he completed the work. In general, Jared was professional, personable, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I definitely recommend this company!
Had a scheduled maintenance call for our furnace. The tech, Michael, was prompt, very courteous, worked quickly yet detailed and showed me pictures of what the inside looked like, what he did, and some things I need to remain mindful of. Very pleased with the service.

No one likes having to deal with a 10k unexpected expense on a new property… but they helped make it more tolerable. Did a great job replacing the house trap and tying everything together so we should never see issues again. They are my first-call for all plumbing needs now.
