- Compensation: $65,000 to $150,000 per year (plus commission)
The Plumber Heating & Cooling is currently expanding our fleet and are excited to bring additional Plumber Service Technicians to our already outstanding team. Our company offers excellent compensation, PTO, elective insurance, company vehicle, uniforms, Cell Phone, tablet and MUCH more. The selected individual will service and repair residential & light commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Maintain and repair residential and commercial sewer systems
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Ability to understand the plumbing code
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Water Heater
- Water Softener
- Sump Pump and equip
- Garbage Disposal
- RO Equipment
- All Faucets (kitchen and lav)
- Toilets and Urinals
- Repipe water and sewer
- All backups – mainline, kitchen, lav
- Sewer Cleaning
- Sewer Jetting
- Video inspect sewer lines
Technicians need to:
- MUST have 3 + years’ experience in residential service plumbing
- MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
- MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends and holidays. We do have a rotating on call schedule.
- MUST have excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
- Basic computer skills
- Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
- Follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
- Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
